My 14 kt yellow sleeper arrived very quickly. I'm very pleased with it. I ordered it after wearing and loving the surgical steel sleeper. They are so comfortable to wear. I look forward to ordering more in 14kt, perhaps with diamonds. :) thanks for a great product.
